Job Summary

Convert business requirements into a fully configured Business Central solution covering Finance, VAT, Fixed Assets, and Reporting. Support Discovery, Build, UAT, Training, Go-Live and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Discovery workshops for Finance and Compliance modules
  • Author Functional Design Documents (FDD) for BC
  • Configure BC modules:
  • GL, Dimensions, Chart of Accounts
  • Accounts Receivable (recurring, one-time, combined invoicing)
  • Accounts Payable
  • Cash & Bank
  • Fixed Assets
  • Inventory (standard)
  • Job / Project Accounting

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure UAE VAT, tax groups, posting setup
  • Configure WPS SIF file generation
  • Configure ASP e-invoicing integration
  • Support data migration validation and reconciliation
  • Prepare user manuals and Train-the-Trainer material
  • Deliver TTT sessions to Terracotta Finance team
  • Support UAT execution and defect triage
  • Support Hypercare functional defect resolution

Skill Requirements

  • Business Central functional depth across finance and operations
  • End-to-end process ownership (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
  • UAE VAT and WPS familiarity
  • Report layout customization (Word / RDL)
  • Excellent client-facing communication

Preferred Certifications

  • MB-800 (BC Functional Consultant)
  • Accounting background (B.Com / CA Inter / CMA)

Experience

  • 5–8 years in BC (or NAV → BC transition experience)
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle BC implementations
  • Prior UAE / GCC delivery experience preferred

Other Requirements

  1. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (Optional But Valuable).
  2. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing (Optional But Valuable)
