Job summary The West Suffolk Community Integrated Neighbourhood Team has had a significant investment which has seen the addition of multiple posts across the teams. On the back of this there is an opportunity for a District Nurse to join the Community Nursing Team in either Bury Rural or Newmarket. Working alongside existing District Nurses you will provide a key leadership function of the teams
