Director, Transformation & AI Delivery

• Align Technology, Data and AI, Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, Model Risk, and Finance on priorities and decisions. Mobilize and direct matrixed resources, and escalate risks and decisions early. Drive change management and adoption so results are sustained.

• Success will be demonstrated by strong transformation governance across the portfolio, clear and current visibility for senior leadership, end-to-end delivery of owned initiatives with measurable impact, and a repeatable pipeline of process transformation and AI opportunities. It will also include benefits that are clearly defined, tracked, and realized, as well as strong stakeholder alignment and sustained adoption.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across partner groups, including Commercial Banking and Transaction Banking teams.

Who You Are

• You can demonstrate 8-10 years of experience

in banking, financial services, or consulting, with exposure to payments or transaction banking or cash management as well as hands-on AI/GenAI transformation or delivery experience. It is an asset if you have PMO or portfolio governance experience and benefits realization experience. •
