Job Description To ensure that all Operating Hotels are adhering to the guidelines and required Accor Standards Responsible to manage rectification works at various Ibis Properties. Prepare and propose solution for upkeep of the assets. To resolve gaps pertaining to but not limit to leakage, seepage, water proofing, fixing of defects. Ensuring expenses for all Hotels remains within approved budget
