The Opportunity
As a
Senior Software Engineer (Backend) - Senior Associate
, you will:
- Design and develop APIs, data access layers, and integrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Frontend, and Data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive best practices in coding, security, and observability across the team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English. Any additional language(s) are highly appreciated.
•
4 - 6 years of professional experience
in backend development.
- Expertise in building backend services and APIs using
.NET/C# or Python
.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with
CI/CD pipelines
, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Working knowledge of
Azure Cloud
, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with messaging and event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
- Solid understanding of
security fundamentals
and observability practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with
microservices
, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, API gateways.
- Performance optimization and caching strategies (Redis).
- Background in regulated environments or financial services.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive technical excellence.
