Human Resources Specialist (Retirement and Benefits)

This position is located in Mission Support, Human Capital, Human Capital Operations, Benefits & Retirement section. The position is responsible for serving as either a Benefits Specialist or Retirement Specialist and provides expert guidance on retirement and benefits matters, addresses complex inquiries, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. You must possess U.S. Citizenship or be a U.S. National. You must have reached the minimum age (18) at the time of application. You must complete a favorable Background Investigation (BI). Selective Service registration is required. You must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance level. Situational telework may be permitted in accordance with departmental policy.
