This National Guard position is for a DEFENSE TRAVEL SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR-TITLE 5, Position Description Number PDT5129000 and is part of the KY USPFO, National Guard. NOTE: Current on-board applicants (AREA 1A, TITLE 5 employees only) will retain current tenure and be temporarily promoted or reassigned.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: May be required to successfully complete a trial period. Participation in direct deposit is mandatory. May be subject to furlough actions. Acceptance of a Federal position will terminate Tricare Reserve Select (TRS) eligibility. This position is located on a tobacco free facility. Must obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication of a T3 or equivalent investigation. Financial Management Level 2 Certification: Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all DoD and DoA requirements of this certification program as a condition of employment for this position. Employees must obtain the appropriate certification levels for their positions within 24 months after initial assignment; and, employees must maintain the positions' continuous training and education studies, as identified for each certification level, during the defined 24 month period.
