Senior Technical Lead

10+ yrs Exp (Jefferies JD) experienced Peoplesoft FSCM Techno functional consultant who has strong functional knowledge in P2P, Project Costing and contract modules and solid hands-on technical knowledge in People tools, People code and integration technologies. Ideal candidate will be capable of bridging the gap between technical team and business stakeholders. Key responsibility:

• Work with business to gather and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and testing designs.
• Develop test scripts.
• Coordinate with client, offshore team, and third-party vendor to perform detailed unit and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and support integration between Peoplesoft and external system using integration broker, Component Interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs and File based integrations.
• Develop custom solutions and enhancements using People code, application engines and File layouts.
• Perform impact analysis and design technical solutions for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot issues, do root cause analysis and performance tuning.

1. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

1. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

1. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
