Data Analyst, Facilities

Broad Functions Lead and Data manage for improve the Transportation service, Site service (Canteen service, Janitorial , Uniform, Locker, Postal, WD store and supply) and Workplace Improvement project with regard of company policies to achieve higher productivity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of all resources. Support the Organizational Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:

• Data Sourcing and Collection: Define and collect data from various Facility systems, Workplace Improvement systems, Transportation Service system, Site Service system (Transportation Service data, Canteen service data, Janitorial data, Locker Service data and other).
• Data Preparation: Perform Data Cleansing & Shaping on Facility system, Workplace improvement system, Site Service data to ensure high data quality and readiness for analysis.
• Insight Generation: Analyze data to identify anomalies, track consumption rates, utilization ,consumption costs, and measure system performance metrics.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain automated Dashboards (e.g., using Power BI/Tableau) to regularly present key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management and teams.
• Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to support cost reduction initiatives and increase performance projects within the department.
• Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable recommendations that guide decisions on Manage the service and system improvements.
• Transition manual work to systematic process using automation and technology and digital tool.
• Leverage AI and Machine learning to predict trends, optimize processes and enhance decision-making.
• Provide service cost analysis including new service cost analysis.
• Support FE&M Cost reduction program / energy saving program management and control.
• Summary cost saving projects status for the department.
• Coordinate with all concerned groups to measure and collect data for service improvement.
• Ensure all the transportation service, site service activities, workplace improvement are complied with the related company procedure such as safety procedure, RBA, IMS, BCMS, Thai regulation, etc.
• Conduct a meeting with Transportation, canteen committee, EHS or related parties on transportation Service, site service program updates.
• Ensure and improve the customer satisfaction score to meet FE&M organization's goal.
• Support special project assignments.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field, Computer Science, Logistics, or any related field
• 2 year+ experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and Written communication skills in Thai and English.

SKILLS: Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving: Possess strong analytical and logical thinking to determine the root cause of issues from large, complex datasets.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Site Service Systems such Transportation, Canteen Service and the operational needs of a manufacturing plant.
• Communication & Presentation: Possess excellent ability to communicate technical findings and deliver data-driven stories effectively to both technical and managers.
• Coordination skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting and documentation.
• Statistics and Math: Proficiency in basic statistical concepts and calculations.
• BI & Visualization: Expert skill level in using BI Tools like Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Database Querying: Strong capability in writing SQL Queries to extract data from various databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Data Handling: Basic knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools (e.g., SQL Server Integration Services, Power Query).
• Programming (Plus): Foundational knowledge of programming languages like Python for more advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
