Key Responsibilities
- ChatGPT Enterprise admin setup and operating model.
- User onboarding and provisioning process with SSO/SCIM.
- Role and access model by user group.
- Responsible AI usage policy and user guidance.
- Support model with L1/L2/L3 ownership.
- Training materials and office-hours plan.
- Use-case intake and approval workflow.
- Governance process for GPTs, agents, connectors, and apps.
- Adoption dashboard and monthly reporting.
- Release/change management process for new ChatGPT features.
Skill Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS administration, IT operations, collaboration tools, data platforms, or enterprise application support.
- Experience administering tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Databricks, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, groups, permissions, and user lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and data governance principles.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise rollouts, change management, training, and user adoption.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders including Security, Legal, HR, IT, Data, Engineering, and business teams.
- Strong documentation, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, responsible AI, and enterprise AI risks.
