Your Responsibilities
As Strategic Account Executive (m/f/d), you are responsible for sustainably expanding the structure of the Authorized DocuWare Partner (ADP) network and supporting DocuWare software sales. In this role, you implement the solution selling approach and promote these strategies within the partner network.
Your responsibilities include: • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas established during target-setting discussions and by management.
- Developing business opportunities via the partner channel, including creating and implementing marketing plans and collaborating with other departments to identify new business prospects.
- Actively supporting our partners with lead qualification and leveraging your own closing skills to help secure partner deals.
- Conducting sales workshops, training sessions, end-user webinars, and customer presentations to educate partners and close deals.
- Acquiring new partners and expanding the partner network.
- Handling monthly administrative tasks (such as CRM updates and report uploads) and communicating the results to management.
- Demonstrating your sales expertise by identifying opportunities and independently managing them from initial contact and the pre-sales phase through to a successful close.
What you need to succeed
- You have several years of professional experience in sales - specifically with document management, business, accounting, or ERP software. DocuWare certifications are a plus.
- You possess strong presentation and communication skills when interacting with customers, sales staff, and various other stakeholders.
- You have excellent IT skills and the ability to competently demonstrate software functions and their benefits.
- Your skillset also includes analyzing business processes and identifying tailored solutions.
- Furthermore, you have excellent verbal and written German skills. A very high level of proficiency in spoken and written English rounds out your profile.
- A high willingness to travel is required. You also enjoy leading and motivating people.
