The opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to lead and manage projects related to the implementation, integration, and optimization of EY Talent systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
•
Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects. From planning and delivery to deployment ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.

Requirement Analysis
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverables
•
Solution Design
Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross functional project plan, and actively manage project timelines
•
Resource Management
Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources
•
Risk Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.

Budget Oversight
Perform Project Financial Management – Develops overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures budget constraints

Stakeholder Communication
Foster strong communication across the project across stakeholders, team members and leadership providing regular communication of project status, updates, and progress, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making

Quality Assurance
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures
•
Change Management
Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users
•
Documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually disbursed around the globe
- Ability to use approved AI components at EY to help drive efficiencies
To qualify for this role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects
- As a Project Manager, 5 to 7 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable
