Job Description
Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):
• Duration
24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations starting mid-September 2026

Accreditation
IET accredited programme
•
Community
Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the 'Buddy' programme for guidance from current graduates.

Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.

Gain Experience
Apply your skills within our software, automation & control teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.
Candidate Requirements:
• Education
2:1 degree in software engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, robotic/ mechatronic engineering or related fields.
•
Skills
Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
•
Eligibility
Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
