Job Responsibilities
- Review content and layout requirements for documentation to ensure compliance or communicate exceptions with requestors .
- S chedule documentation requests based on project managers needs and team capacity.
- Deliver completed documents via SharePoint , customer owned platforms or printed copies .
- Follow standardized process es to assure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
- Strong attention to detail, with an interest in producing accurate and well - organized documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and provide basic status updates.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe PDF tools (training will be provided).
- Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 is helpful; experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Good organizational and time - management skills .
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
