Position Summary

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work you'll do

As a Business Systems Developer - Analytics & Insights Engineer III on the Business Finance team, you will:

Build, design, and maintain technical solutions that support financial operations for the Intelligence Community
Ensure systems are maintained, updated, and optimized to meet evolving business and compliance requirements
Translate business and operational needs into technical solutions that support program objectives
Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across financial operations environments
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable technology solutions

Manages risk and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through end-to-end grants management solutions. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required

About the role

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in business systems development
Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Security+ certification or ability to obtain
Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, Virginia 5 days per week
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
