Customer Liaison Officer (Scheduling)

We are hoping you will join our fantastic Whiddon Family in our Customer Liaison Team (scheduling), based in Glenfield, on a casual basis (with availability to work shifts across Monday to Friday from 6am to 6 pm).

As a Scheduling Officer, your role will include:

• scheduling of Community Care clients

• managing shared inboxes and phone calls

• maintaining and adjusting the roster as required

• data entry and record keeping, while working towards KPIs

Experience in the same or similar role is highly desirable.
