The Senior Team Manager, Finance will own financial planning and analysis for Wealth Advisory offerings, including Schwab Wealth Advisory and Schwab Advisor Network, and lead a team responsible for forecasting, analytics, financial modeling, and complex business cases. You will turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations that help senior leaders understand business performance, evaluate strategic alternatives, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth. Success requires strong business judgment, disciplined problem solving, and the ability to simplify complex findings for varied audiences. Working across Wealth Advisory Finance, Central Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Product Management, you will strengthen driver-based planning, improve reporting and forecasting processes, and develop a high-performing team that serves as a trusted financial partner. What you have

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis leadership experience, including responsibility for driving financial outcomes at the profit-and-loss level
  • Experience analyzing financial and operational drivers, developing forward-looking assumptions, and explaining material changes in business performance
  • Experience using SQL, Python, data-querying tools, financial systems, and driver-based financial models
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals

Preferred qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant certification, Chartered Financial Analyst designation, or related advanced education or professional training
