Configuration/Requirement and Change Manager

• Implementing robust Configuration and Change Management processes for product development.
• Administrating and serving as the key user for Configuration and Change Management tools.
• Driving and guiding engineers in their daily change and configuration activities.
• Verifying data quality and consistency across the Configuration and Change Management database.
• Managing product change requests and leading Configuration Control Boards.
• Acting as the primary line of contact and providing coaching and guidelines to multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborating daily with Program Development Managers, System Architects, and engineering teams.

We are looking for a proactive and organized engineering professional who thrives in collaborative, international environments and values passion and attitude as much as technical expertise. To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Master's degree in engineering (System Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Configuration and Change Manager using tools such as EWM, Synergy Change, or similar.
• Proven experience working with DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Practical background working within requirement management.
• Experience in the development of embedded software and hardware.
• Demonstrated experience working within international teams.
• Fluency in English.

We'll be particularly impressed if you also have:

• Knowledge or experience with relevant industrial safety standards.
• Proficiency in Swedish.
