The purpose of this role is to translate category / channel plans into regional, customer and cycle execution plans that Sales, Activation and Key Account teams can implement with clarity. The role owns the commercial calendar, cycle planning discipline, activity planning, execution readiness and commercial building blocks that connect E2E Planning to IBP and field execution. This role exists to close the gap between strategy and execution. It ensures that commercial choices become clear plans, investment is sequenced properly, innovation and activities are execution-ready, and learnings from performance are fed back into the planning cycle.

We want to strengthen our position in both categories, but at the same time we have decided to expand our relevance and continue with our value creation strategy by entering in some other categories, such as rum & vodka. To accurately take on these challenges, we have to accelerate our commercial capabilities in order to be able to exceed consumers & customers expectations and achieve our daring business goals, which include understand and develop customers passionate about middle class consumers, as well as craft the accurate differentiation to strategic customers with the ambition to gain penetration in TBA. Decision Making Regional / customer plan translation Decides how approved channel plans are translated into regional, customer and cycle plans, including activity sequencing, cycle brief content, execution requirements and readiness milestones. Works with Category / Channel Development, Sales, Activation, Key Accounts, RGM, Finance, Supply and Marketing. Escalates where plans are not executable, underfunded, misaligned with IBP or inconsistent with customer / channel priorities. Commercial calendar and activity planning Recommends activity prioritization, timing, M&E requirements, building-block assumptions and execution dependencies. Must align with E2E Planning choices, RGM guardrails, A&P / trade investment guidelines, innovation timelines, supply availability and field execution capacity.

· Translate Category / Channel Development plans into regional, customer and cycle plans. · Own the commercial calendar and cycle planning process. · Build the bridge between E2E Planning and IBP by consolidating commercial building blocks and activity assumptions. · Coordinate activity planning, pre-M&E, post-M&E and learning loops. · Ensure Sales, Activation and Key Account teams receive clear cycle briefs, execution standards, timings, toolkits and customer-ready materials. · Integrate value and execution discipline through trade investment, A&P, promotional ROI, pricing / promo implications and compliance requirements. · Lead cross-functional planning routines to reduce fragmentation and improve execution readiness.

Customer Marketing Head Align planning rhythm, commercial calendar, execution readiness and escalation topics. Category / Channel Development Translate channel plans, growth drivers and standards into executable plans. Sales / Key Accounts / On Trade / Off Trade Convert plans into customer / region / outlet execution actions and capture field feedback. Activation Teams Ensure BTL calendar, POSM, toolkits, agencies and execution materials are ready and aligned. RGM / Value Creation Align promotional mechanics, trade investment, pricing, ROI and value expectations. Finance Ensure A&P / trade investment planning, compliance, claims and financial guardrails. Supply / IBP / Demand Planning Align building blocks, forecast assumptions, service risks and availability. Marketing / Innovation Align activity calendar, launch sequencing and innovation readiness. Commercial Performance & Value Creation Feed M&E, PULSE learnings and execution performance into future planning cycles.
