During your first month, you will receive extensive onboarding enablement through a Salesforce-style academy, where you will:

• Become immersed in the culture of Salesforce and gain a deep understanding of our values
• Develop an understanding of our solutions, technologies, and tools
• Learn critical professional skills for your career at Salesforce
• Follow a structured learning calendar with sessions and hands-on workshops led by experts and program alumni

• Work closely with the Solution Engineering organisation, supporting the creation of cutting-edge customer demonstrations

• After completing the Graduate Program rotations, you may progress to Associate Solution Engineer, with opportunities to work across ESB, SMB, and GRB customer segments, or join our Specialist SE team. In some instances, this path may vary or be subject to change.
