Commercial Excellence Manager

Track commercial commitments, revenue, margin, account profitability, compliance, and delivery or renewal risks, and coordinate visibility and corrective actions with the appropriate business owners.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, commercial knowledge.
• AI proficiency: Hands-on experience prompting generative AI tools and using AI agents to automate analysis, reporting, and workflows, with sound judgment in validating outputs.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization.

• MBA degree
• Experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, finance, marketing, strategy, consulting, or business operations
• Exposure to forecasting, funnel management, CRM, pricing, or business intelligence tools such as Salesforce or Power BI
• Experience or demonstrated interest in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices, biotechnology, or another complex commercial environment
• Ability to relocate to our Deer Park, IL headquarters

• Ability to travel up to 5% (if based in Deer Park, IL)

OR

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to be on site at Deer Park, IL

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $165,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
