Commercial Customer Care Intern
who's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction to new heights.
What will you do
- Support customers and sales teams with comprehensive order processing, managing pre-sales and post-sales queries, stock information, and credit details
- Handle technical and non-technical customer support across multiple channels including phone, online chat, and text
- Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency standards
- Participate in revenue generation activities through lead qualification, outbound campaigns, and quotation preparation
- Act as a vital liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
What will make you successful
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Engineering technology background is preferred, candidates from other relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and interest in supporting business or customer-facing functions.
- Internship availability: Must be able to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle both routine and complex customer interactions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
