  1. Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution Targets, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Case Reopenings, And Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficient In Kubernetes And Terraform With A Solid Understanding Of Aws Paas And Cloud Formation.
  1. Strong Knowledge Of Linux Systems And Experience With Eks (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
