The Role

Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in enterprise application implementation, business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement. Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, facilitating workshops, documenting business processes, supporting UAT activities, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions for the MAX solution implementation. Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. This position is for a government client and we can only hire US citizens or full green card holders.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Experience with enterprise application implementation and business process mapping.

Knowledgeable in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and UAT coordination.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledgeable on the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.

Based in the United States.

The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $115,080to$218,520based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area):$138,120to$262,320 California (All Other):$126,600to$240,480 Colorado: $115,080to$218,520 Massachusetts/ Virginia:$115,080to$240,480 New York City: $138,120to$262,320 Washington: $126,600to$240,480 Washington DC:$126,600to$240,480

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
