What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of a busy, hands-on team preparing and packing premium salmon products for customers across Australia.
Your day could include:
- Preparing, trimming, portioning and packing fresh salmon.
- Weighing, labelling and checking products to meet quality standards.
- Working with processing and packaging equipment.
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised.
- Working alongside a great team to get our products out the door!
It's a fast-paced, physical role where teamwork, attention to detail and a positive attitude make all the difference.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a salmon expert! We're looking for people who:
- Are reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in.
- Enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.
- Can follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work.
- Are comfortable working in a chilled environment (below 10°C).
- Can safely perform physical tasks, including repetitive movements, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 15kg.
- Have a strong commitment to workplace safety and food hygiene.
Previous experience in food processing, production or manufacturing is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
