Position Summary
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Talent Acquisition on the TA team, you will be responsible for...
- Leveraging recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
- Supporting campus recruiting activities across assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers
- Partnering with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to deliver campus hiring strategy
- Building candidate pipelines across hiring profiles and businesses and fostering ongoing candidate relationships
- Tracking and managing budget for recruiting activities
- Managing candidate and school data in recruiting systems, tracking pipeline activity, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Participating in occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during busy season

The team
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to one of the select locations available for this role
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
- Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
- Problem-solving and event-planning skills
- Willingness to try new methodologies and approaches including embracing technology platforms and participating in our social media strategy
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office tools
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
