Accountability

• The Domain Specialist is accountable for providing business-domain expertise, combined with regional context, language and regulations, to ensure services are delivered correctly, reliably, and in alignment with business processes and regional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support across application, and business-process domains, ensuring operational decisions align with functional and business requirements.
• Support issue and requirements analysis where domain or regional business context is critical.
• Enable effective regional and local-language interactions, translating business impact into technical and operational priorities in support of the Regional Manager and delivery teams.
• Support change, release, transition, and operational readiness activities, validating runbooks, procedures, and monitoring against regional operational realities.
• Ensure critical domain knowledge is documented and shared, reducing person dependency and contributing to continuous improvement and resilience through domain playbooks and best practices.

1. To drive value creation in the engagement, proactively identify and implement process enhancements, optimizing program efficiency through streamlined workflows.

1. To build strong relationships with key Program Partners / Stakeholders and manage their interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.

1. To optimize engagement profitability, strategically managing diverse variables, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and implementing targeted strategies to elevate overall project profitability.
