Job Responsibilities
1) Monitor system logs, message queues, hardware alerts and other monitoring tools 2) Track batch cycles, identify failed jobs, follow SOPs for resolution 3) Raise Incidents and SRs, escalate to L2/L3
Skill Requirements
Basic understanding of AS400/IBM i architecture and fundamental OS/400 commands
