What will you do?
- Support and enhance business applications that enable critical Global Supply Chain operations
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to improve system performance and reliability
- Develop, test, and maintain application features, integrations, and reports that support operational excellence
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that promote development best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing
- Monitor application health and contribute to incident, problem, and change management activities
- Learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and business value

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
•
Recent graduate or early career professional
with experience in application development, application support, software engineering, or related roles
•
Advanced English proficiency,
with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with web technologies, databases, and programming languages such as
JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, or related
- Exposure to application lifecycle support, troubleshooting, incident management, or enterprise applications is a plus
•
Strong interest in software development, digital solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Self-motivated learner with curiosity for emerging technologies and a growth mindset
