Business Technology Solutions Director Germany (all genders) (fulltime)

• Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategy into technology priorities
• Lead the local BTS organization and act as a key member of the management team
• Shape and manage the affiliate technology roadmap, portfolio, and investments
• Ensure reliable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of BTS capabilities
• Drive digital transformation and support the adoption of enterprise solutions
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence effectively across a matrix organization
• Lead and develop the local BTS team, with a focus on capability, accountability, and growth
• Contribute to ongoing organizational change and help the business adapt with agility

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in business, IT and/ or digital transformation
• Strong leadership experience, ideally in complex, matrixed and cross-functional environments
• Exceptional analytical as well as problem-solving skills, combined with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset and the proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong business understanding and the ability to connect strategy, operations, risk management and technology-enabled business processes to deliver measurable value
• Experience in transformation, organizational change, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to tell a compelling business story and communicate complex technology topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• International experience, including collaboration with global teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures
• A mobility mindset, with willingness to travel internationally as needed
