Business Systems Analysis - Advisor I

• Lead and optimize the software delivery lifecycle for customer-facing products in a fast-growing technical environment.
• Solve technical and engineering problems by working through development, testing, and architecture teams to execute solutions.
• Partner with client services, software engineering, production control, and release management teams to align priorities, deliver against the product roadmap, and identify business and platform needs.
• Provide guidance to development support, operations, and other teams on product and technical requirements while serving as a liaison between Software Engineering and partner teams.
• Implement software updates for existing applications, coordinate software release rollouts, and complete application configuration and client setup on the platform.

• 3+ years of experience working in a DevOps environment driving continuous improvement.
• 1+ years of experience working with mainframe applications.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

• 2+ years of experience with core banking products, with Fiserv core banking knowledge preferred.
• 2+ years of experience supporting projects that require strong understanding of software and hardware interaction and client-focused delivery.
• 4-year bachelor's degree.
