The Program

Education and Experience Required
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor's degree in
February 2028
- Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with business, operational, and financial data.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Interest in business operations, customer delivery, financial analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Interest in automation, AI, and digital solutions that improve productivity and business processes.
