Blender Opr PR03U Fry Line 1st Shift

This position is responsible for operating the MDM Blender.

Fill the blender with between 2100 & 2400 lbs of deboned meat. Then add one bag of cure and two bags of salt. Then blend for eight minutes prior to unloading.
