What you will bring
We’re looking for an experienced Go-to-Market and revenue leader to help us grow the largest opportunity market for the company. This role reports to the Global Head of GTM.
- A 10+ year, proven leadership track record of hiring, developing and growing outstanding go-to-market talent that ultimately drives success. You’ll wake up every day focused on building a world class team that can help our customers solve their problems while hitting and exceeding our growth targets.
- Demonstrated experience leading sales and go-to-market teams within a high growth, scale-up SaaS business in the US.
- You’ve led go-to-market transformation in areas like product led growth to sales led growth; horizontal solutions to industry focused solutions; and pure SaaS to AI transformations.
- Knowledge of all aspects of go-to-market from marketing and demand generation to sales and partnerships to customer success and the leadership to ensure the teams work together as one.
- Understanding of how a modern suite of AI go-to-market tools can be used together to drive impactful and efficient sales growth. Experience deploying AI agents and other platforms to help drive pipeline and rep productivity is a must.
- A relentless focus on the customer - from understanding business and market challenges they face to role modelling what a great customer partnership looks like.
- Experience and success in working in a truly global environment - across timezones, cultures and geographies. Our heritage is in Australia but our impact is global and you’ll be an effective leader at managing stakeholders across functions and countries.
Experience
- 10+ years of proven leadership track record of hiring, developing, and growing high-performing go-to-market teams.
- Extensive experience leading Sales and Go-to-Market teams within a high-growth, scale-up SaaS business, ideally in the US market. Experience partnering deeply and strategically with CS teams to drive renewals and expansion is a must.
- Fluency in MEDDPICC and either Sandler Sales Training or Force Management Sales Training is a must.
- Deep understanding of GTM transformation, including scaling from product-led to sales-led growth, transitioning from horizontal to industry-focused solutions, and scaling from SMB to Enterprise.
- Demonstrated commercial background, including ownership of forecasts, budgets, P&L, lead generation, and contract negotiation.
- Experience working in a truly global environment, effectively managing stakeholders across diverse timezones, cultures, and geographies.
- Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional global teams, particularly Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

- Comprehensive GTM Knowledge: Proficiency across all aspects of the funnel, from demand generation and marketing to direct sales, partnerships, and customer success.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of how a modern suite of AI-driven GTM tools can be integrated to drive impactful and efficient sales growth.
- Customer-Centric Leadership: A relentless focus on the customer, role-modeling strong partnership behaviors and ensuring all functions align to meet strategic commercial objectives.
- Culture & Communication: Ability to model company values, communicate effectively with all team members, and drive high levels of engagement and performance.
