Finance Insights Advisor Senior Manager

Be part of a multi-disciplinary team of Products Architects, and people with very diverse but specific skills such as UX, storytelling, Data Visualization, Python Scripting and deep-industry knowledge. Contribute as a core team member, driving end-to-end change and results for our clients. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about innovation and agile development. Partner with finance leadership to address high-priority business questions, delivering timely and high-impact financial insights that support executive decision-making.

Lead the development of clear, compelling financial narratives that translate complex analysis into actionable business outcomes Own the translation of business needs into structured, actionable requirements for applications, semantic models, and AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business intent.

Challenge and refine requirements to ensure solutions deliver real business value and reflect actual finance needs Guide the training of AI agents and models by embedding finance domain expertise, and validating outputs against real financial logic and context

Act as the human-in-the-lead authority, ensuring AI-driven insights are accurate, relevant, and trustworthy before reaching leadership Lead analysis of business performance to generate actionable, insight-driven recommendations Ensure analytical outputs are grounded in real-world finance logic and aligned with strategic priorities Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready storytelling Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery and ensure end-to-end business outcomes

• 10–12 years of experience in Finance, ideally within enterprise-scale, heterogeneous data environments

• Proven experience with

and data visualization, including user-centric dashboard design

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex business problems into structured, data-driven analytical solutions

• Advanced data storytelling, visualization, and presentation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• Ability to perform structured research and translate findings into actionable business insights

• Strong relationship-building skills with senior Finance stakeholders

• Self-driven, agile, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous, project-driven environments

• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive, business-oriented mindset

• Experience working iteratively, incorporating feedback to continuously improve deliverables

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

• Experience with SAP Finance modules (e.g., BR/MMB/MMS/MME) or similar enterprise platforms
