  1. Proficiency in creating and executing automation scripts using tools like selenium, jmeter, or similar.
  1. Familiarity with etl processes, data validation, and data reconciliation techniques.
  1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address testing gaps effectively.
  1. Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  1. Certifications in cloud testing, automation testing, or related fields would be a plus.
