Job Summary

Should have handled Infoblox - DNS, DHCP and IPAM modules. Managing Infoblox Grid Manager, Setup and manage Dashboards. • IP Address Space and Network discovery service management. • New installation and configuration of Infoblox appliances.• Configuring Infoblox DNS services, Configuring DNS Zones, Records and DHCP Service.• Configuring Managing DHCP Service. Defining the DHCP Scopes in the locations for the end points (PC, Phones and VCs..etc,). To handle DNS, DHCP and other product related protocols and technology.• Performing DDI service Incident Management and resolution, monitoring, and alerting.• Performing System upgrades and patching. • Managing DDI infrastructure capacity. • Supporting DDI environment automation scripts.• Perform preventative maintenance, including the installation of hot fixes and version upgrades. • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.• Coordinate coverage for assigned support cases with Infoblox Vendor.• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles. • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

  1. Foster Innovation By Introducing New Ideas For Process Development Within The Realms Of F5 And Ddi Technologies, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress.
  1. Provide Tailored Solutions In Alignment With Customer Needs Using F5 And Ddi Technologies, Leading To Measurable Business Results And Client Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficient In F5 Technologies And Ddi Solutions (Infoblox, Efficient Ip)
  1. Strong Understanding Of Operational Management And Process Optimization
  1. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills
  1. Effective Communication And Team Leadership Abilities
