The Business Specialist will be responsible for managing ACP (Accounts Payable), Avaloq, prod mgmt./extension/ release mgmt. The role involves overseeing and optimizing the accounts payable processes, administration of Avaloq systems, and managing product management, extensions, and release management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Administer avaloq systems to support efficient banking processes and operations
- Coordinate and execute product management tasks including planning, development, and marketing of products
- Oversee extension and release management activities to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and updates
Skill Requirements
- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
- Proficiency in working with avaloq systems and banking operations
- Experience in product management including planning, development, and got market strategies
- Knowledge of extension and release management practices for software products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
