Position Summary : The Authorization Clerk is responsible for tracking and requesting patient authorizations for private insurance patients in Hospice; communicating with staff regarding authorization dates; following appropriate insurance guidelines for submittal, and following up on authorizations not yet received. HCHB experience preferred. Hospice Commericial authorization experience required.
