Join our team as an Associate within the Strategy Consulting Team

You will help diverse clients in the life sciences space by responding to key business questions through research and analysis, developing recommendations and bespoke solutions to address their needs. English fluency is essential for collaborating with international teams and excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in brainstorming sessions to design creative solutions for clients.
Conduct desk research using advanced tools to support project development.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Assist with planning and execution of client workshops and meetings.
Create compelling presentations, reports, and client deliverables under expert supervision.
Build professional relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare trends and consulting techniques.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related fields (Master's preferred).
1-4 years of business experience. Consulting background preferred.
Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication skills.
A genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consulting.
Availability to visit our Mexico City office (Col. Nápoles) 2-3 times per week.
