Associate Maintenance Technician(Electrician)

• Manage and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and PLC-based automation systems
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs and improvements
• Document root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Perform general electrical maintenance activities
• Maintain instrumentation devices such as PT, TT, LT, FT, control valves, and sensors
• Maintain PLC, DCS, and HMI systems
• Inspect high-voltage electrical systems, MCC panels, and electrical components
• Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
• Perform switchgear, panel, and circuit work in compliance with electrical safety procedures
• Inspect and replace aged wiring and insulation cables to prevent failures
• Analyze equipment operational data to improve reliability
• Execute preventive maintenance activities
• Select and manage critical spare parts

• Associate degree or higher (preferred majors: Electrical, Electronics, Automation, etc.)
• Basic understanding of electrical maintenance or strong willingness to learn
• Electrical certification obtained or in progress

(e.g., Industrial Electrician, Electrician Technician)

• Ability to comply with safety procedures and work standards

• Experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing/process support
• Experience or training in factory automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI)

(AB PLC, Siemens DCS, LS Electric PLC, etc.)

• Experience handling or maintaining instrumentation devices such as PT, TT, LT, FT, and control valves
• Experience as an appointed or assistant electrical supervisor
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards
• Ability to work shifts

• 일반 전기 설비 유지보수 업무 수행
• PT, TT, LT, FT, 자동밸브, 센서류 등 계장 기기 유지보수
• PLC, DCS, HMI 등 공장 자동화 시스템 유지보수
• 고압 전기 설비, MCC 판넬 및 판넬 내 전기 부품 점검
• 테스트 장비를 활용한 전기 문제 진단 및 해결
• 전기 안전 절차에 따른 스위치, 판넬, 회로 구성 작업 수행
• 노후 배선 및 절연 케이블 정기 점검 및 교체
• 설비 이력 데이터 분석을 통한 신뢰성 개선 활동
• 예방정비(PM) 활동 수행
• 주요 예비품 선정 및 재고 관리

• 전문대학 이상 학력 (전기, 전자, 자동화 등 관련 전공 우대)
• 전기 및 설비 유지보수 업무에 대한 기본적인 이해 또는 학습 의지
• 전기 관련 자격증 보유자 또는 취득 예정자 (전기산업기사, 전기기능사 등)
• 안전 절차 및 작업 표준을 준수할 수 있는 분
• 교대 근무 가능자
