About the role
Under the supervision of the Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, reviews and authorizes requests for warrants, determines the appropriate charge, and prosecutes criminal cases. Is assigned criminal cases in the District Court and may be assigned delinquency cases and child protective proceedings in the Circuit Court-Family Division. Assists with a felony caseload with other matters as assigned.
