Assistant Head Coach/ Senior Retail Manager – Selling & Service, Nike Homebush

You'll work in partnership with our Head Coach, to keep our store's functions running seamlessly. In addition, you will create an environment in which your employees can excel personally and professionally. • Your passion for the Nike brand
• Your experience leading a large team in retail, with experience across stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching
• Your ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
• Your strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
• Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Your strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your computer proficiency
