Description JOB PURPOSE To assist with the administration of enforcement matters in terms of non-compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (the FIC Act). KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS • Assist with enforcing compliance with the provisions of the FIC Act. • Assist in drafting relevant administrative sanction notices for the issuing of administrative sanctions in terms of the FIC Act.
