Assembly Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to
- Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and cable assembly work by following defined assembly sequences and methods to consistently achieve daily production targets, cycle times, and customer quality expectations.
- Apply multi-skill assembly capabilities across multiple products, handling different assemblies while maintaining high workmanship standards, accurate production documentation, and organized work areas.
- Support productivity and quality improvement efforts by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance assembly processes, workmanship standards, and overall production efficiency.
The essential requirements of the job include
- Multiple years of hands-on production experience in a manufacturing environment, performing assembly or build activities against defined production targets and schedules.
- Demonstrated experience performing multi-assembly work, with capability across at least three different assembly skillsets (e.g., mechanical assembly, electrical installation, cable routing).
- Working proficiency in English to accurately follow work instructions, complete production documentation, and support daily operational communication.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
- Working in a multi-product or high-mix manufacturing environment, supporting different assembly builds and changing production priorities.
- Collaborating closely with technicians, engineers, or supporting functions to resolve assembly or production-related issues.
