Looking for AI Platform Engineers
Are token costs spiraling out of control, or does AI infrastructure lack clear ownership? These are the questions that our clients are needing help with. For this reason, we are seeking AI Platform Engineers to build and operate platforms that enable developer teams to leverage AI efficiently, securely, and cost-effectively.
In this role, you will
- Build and operate AI infrastructure and model gateway solutions.
- Optimize model selection, run environments, and token expenses (FinOps for AI, cost forecasting).
- Ensure AI platform performance, security, and scalability (SRE, Observability).
What we expect from you
- Around +7 years of relevant work experience, and solid consulting background in working with large Nordic organizations.
- Experience of AI operations in large scale, preferrably commercial settings.
- Familiarity with the following tools and concepts: Cloud & Infrastructure (Kubernetes, Containers, Terraform / Pulumi, HashiCorp Vault), AI/LLM Platforms & Gateways (LiteLLM, Portkey, Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Ray / vLLM, MLflow), and Observability & SRE (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Ideally opportunity to visit client's premises in Helsinki or Oslo area on a weekly basis.
- Ideally fluent Finnish or Norwegian skills, on top of English.
