Lead strategic capability development and workforce transformation by aligning talent, training, and performance initiatives with organizational goals to build a future-ready, high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured training programs to enable foundational process knowledge and support domain-specific upskilling, deskilling, and multi-skilling.
- Drive capability development and mentoring through CAMP implementation, career guidance, and pairing employees with experienced mentors for growth.
- Build a future-ready talent pool by collaborating with L&D and Delivery teams, establishing external certification tie-ups, and preparing employees for evolving roles.
- Lead succession planning and internal mobility by partnering with delivery teams to identify critical roles and optimize talent utilization across functions.
- Manage performance and compensation frameworks by aligning goals, conducting appraisals, and enhancing retention through performance-linked growth strategies.
- Oversee resource management lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, internal redeployment, and upskilling of unallocated resources in coordination with delivery and talent acquisition teams.
