  1. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analyses To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions In Aws Environments.
  1. Collaborate On Value-Adding Activities, Including Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, And Conducting Training Sessions For New Team Members And Coaching Analysts.
  1. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Tickets Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Contributing To Operational Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
  1. Enhance Customer Experience And Maintain High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Re-Open Cases.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficiency In Etl Tools And Processes, With A Solid Understanding Of Data Lake Concepts.
  1. Familiarity With Aws Core Services, Aws Rds, And Aws Analytics.
  1. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills For Effective Root Cause Analysis.
  1. Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Work Independently Within A Fast-Paced Environment.
