Entry-Level Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Accountant who is ready to take the next step in their accounting career. As an Entry-Level Accountant (or Junior Accountant), you will support the finance department by managing daily transactions, processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and aiding in month-end closing. Key duties include accurate data entry, maintaining ledger accounts, and assisting with financial reports, typically under the guidance of senior staff.

Processing invoices, posting bills, and maintaining accurate accounts payable/receivable. •

Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers to ensure accuracy. •

Assisting in the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets. •

Ensuring all financial data is accurately entered into systems and compliant with GAAP or local tax regulations. •

Assisting with internal audits, data analysis, and expense tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. •

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. •

High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and strong work ethic.
