Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (HRPMO Deputy Director)

The incumbent serves as a HRPMO Deputy Director and has delegated authority and responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, operating, and evaluating internal HRPMO programs that serve customers VBA-wide. The Deputy Director provides a full array of nation-wide services and strategies to effectively accomplish and streamline work processes related to recruitment, staffing, pay setting, benefits, policy, personnel management, and consultative services. As a condition of employment for accepting this position, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period during which we will evaluate your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
